Terms & Conditions – Fearless Singer Membership (Flexi Payment Plan) 

By purchasing the Fearless Singer Membership (Flexi Payment Plan), I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms 

 • I am subscribing to the Fearless Singer Membership and will be billed $547 AUD every month on a recurring basis.

 • My subscription automatically renews every month and will continue to be deducted unless I choose to cancel with one month’s written notice.

 • Payments are processed securely via the chosen payment method at checkout.

2. Refund Policy 

 • Due to the exclusive digital content, coaching access, and community resources included in this membership, refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases. 

 • Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law (ACCC legislation). 

3. Cancellation Policy 

 • I may cancel my membership at any time with one month’s written notice before my next billing cycle.

 • My membership will remain active until the end of my current billing period, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

 • If I do not submit a cancellation request, my subscription will continue to renew automatically each month.

4. Product Delivery & Access 

 • The Fearless Singer Membership includes digital content, weekly live group coaching sessions, and additional exclusive resources.

 • As this is a digital service, all content is non-refundable and non-transferable 

• The 2 X 1:1 50min Sessions are to be completed within the month.. Mel's coaching availability is Monday, Tuesdays and Saturdays.  

5. Communication Consent 

 • By purchasing this membership, I consent to receiving email communication from Fearless Singer & Mel Lathouras regarding my membership, updates, and related offers.

 • I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time, but doing so may impact my ability to receive important membership updates.
