In this episode, I share with you how my fear of dancing and being a part of the iconic Brisbane Powerhouse show Women In Voice gave me a good old dose of it. It felt real and downright disempowering however, I got through it with some metacognitive questioning and the powerful self-healing modality Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping).
