Cancellation Policy and Punctuality
Your time and mine are both valuable. If you are late for your appointment, you will lose that time. If you donβt show up, your fee will be forfeited.
To cancel a lesson, 48 hours' notice is required. If you feel unwell, please get in touch with me before to avoid forfeiting your fee.
With adequate notice, I allow one make-up lesson at another time.
Privacy
Your privacy is of utmost importance. Any information shared during our sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Our sessions are a safe space for you to explore and grow without fear of judgment or disclosure.
Refunds | Payment Plans | Package Expiry
No refunds will be issued for the Fearless Singer Membership, courses, workshops, 1:1 coaching, or website design.
Payment plans must be completed in full. Please note that a payment plan is different from a subscription, which can be canceled at any time.
Packages have an expiry date. All sessions must be completed within the designated time, or they will be forfeited.
Website Design Services
While I take your collaboration on your website seriously and will strive to ensure you are happy with the final product, a maximum of three changes to design and layout is allowed. You will be communicated with throughout the process to ensure the website adheres to your aesthetic.
